New potential investment in TIDZ, meeting with Hungarian company Ikarus

Director Goce Dimovski met today with Tamas Benkos from the Hungarian company Ikarus, a globally recognized brand for bus production. The focus of the meeting was on the development opportunities offered by Macedonia and the TIDZ as an attractive location for foreign direct investment, as well as the numerous benefits within the zones.

Dimovski pointed out that the main goal of the TIDZ Directorate is greater economic development through investments that bring high added value to the entire country, by opening new jobs and increasing exports. In this regard, he emphasized that companies like Ikarus, a globally recognized brand, represent significant potential for further strengthening the zones.

Tamas Benkos, taking into account the stable business environment, expressed a commitment to new investments in the country, i.e. within the TIRDzones. He highlighted the company’s strategic goals aimed at introducing innovations, improving production processes and developing technological solutions that enable greater efficiency and sustainability, pointing to Macedonia as an attractive destination for investment.
