The cooperation with the companies continues, the director of TIDZ had a meeting with Kondevo

Today, the director of TIDZ, Goce Dimovski, had a meeting with the general manager of the Kondevo factory in TIDZ Shtip, Gülay Salievska-Geshtakovska. The meeting focused on the current and future projects of Kondevo, as well as their realization, and the possibilities for potential new investments by the company were discussed.

The Italian company Condevo is a manufacturer of heat exchangers for water heaters and is one of the main suppliers of the world’s water heater manufacturers. The company is known for its commitment to innovation and quality, considering that the Shtip factory currently has 187 employees and as many as 100 robots.

“Cooperation with companies in TIDZ is only one of the main drivers of our work. Kondevo, with its presence in our country, offers a great contribution to the Macedonian economy by opening new jobs. Our main goal, with the support of the new Government, is to ensure a positive business climate, encouraging long-term investments that will contribute to the overall growth and development of Macedonia,” said Dimovski.

Gülay Salievska-Geshtakovska, general manager of Kondevo in TIDZ Shtip, expressed particular satisfaction for the meeting, hoping for further successful cooperation.

“Condevo, as one of the main suppliers to the world’s manufacturers, is always committed to innovation and quality. Our productivity in the factory is especially due to continuous investments in training programs, which not only support the professional development of our employees, but also enable them to acquire the latest skills and knowledge needed to manage the robots in the factory.” – pointed out the general manager of the Kondevo factory, Geshtakovska.
