Dimovski-Kubatlija Meeting: Regional Cooperation Key to Increasing Investment Potential
Director Dimovski met today with Marko Kubatlija, Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA). The meeting mainly focused on the cooperation between the two countries, the advantages they offer, as well as the opportunities for future joint projects.
“Regional cooperation is key when it comes to creating a stable business climate. An integrated approach, exchange of experiences and joint initiatives can significantly increase the attractiveness of the region for investors.” – emphasized Director Goce Dimovski. Furthermore, he pointed out the key advantages of the TIDZ, emphasizing that active steps are being taken to align with global trends in attracting foreign direct investment, which will additionally encourage investments with higher added value that will contribute to sustainable economic growth.
Marko Kubatlija, Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, expressed particular satisfaction with the meeting, with expectations for further cooperation. He emphasized the Agency’s commitment to improving the business environment and attracting quality investments that will contribute to sustainable economic development. “The exchange of experiences and good practices is a key step towards improving the business climate in the entire region. The two countries share similar economic challenges, but also complementary advantages, which offers significant potential for strengthening economic cooperation, especially in the field of investment and development.” – pointed out Kubatlija.
Otherwise, the main mission of FIPA is to attract and increase the inflow of foreign investments in Bosnia and Herzegovina and encourage existing investors in the country to invest and expand their businesses, as well as improve cooperation between the private and public sectors, proposing measures to improve the investment environment, and thus economic development.
