Meeting with the management of the company Cavo Otomotiv, investment plans in advanced phase
Director Goce Dimovski today met with Kemal Amanoel, General Manager of the Cavo Otomotiv company, which plans to open a factory within the TIDZ Tetovo. The meeting discussed the progress of the investment project, which should open over 400 new jobs, the potential offered by the zones, as well as the conditions and support provided by the state for investors.
Director Dimovski pointed out that such investment projects are of particular importance for the entire national economy, taking into account that they contribute to economic growth, increased exports and the creation of new jobs. He emphasized that the state, through the TID zones, provides a stable and predictable business climate, as well as full institutional support for the successful implementation of investments.
The Cavo Otomotiv company expressed satisfaction with the communication and cooperation with the institutions so far, as well as interest in the timely implementation of the investment. General Manager Kemal Amanoel emphasized that the company recognizes Macedonia as a stable and competitive destination for long-term investments, with a qualified workforce and a favorable geostrategic position.
After initial discussions on a potential investment began in March last year, the project for this investment is in an advanced phase, with intensive work being done to finalize all the prerequisites for its realization. The multinational corporation Cavo Otomotiv operates in the automotive equipment industry, designing and manufacturing safety products, as well as various mechanisms and operating cables for many leading car manufacturers. In addition to Turkey, the company is currently present in Canada, Germany and Slovakia, and the potential investment within the TIDZ will be of key importance for both Macedonia and Europe.
