TIDZ Gevgelija is the first green zone in the Balkans and is located near the border crossing to Greece – Bogorodica. The total area of the zone is 502,500 m2. The construction of the first green zone is expected to align with the green agenda of the Western Balkans from 2020, the development of medical components of the green zone and zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. In the zone all plots are available for building.
