The Directorate for TIDZ with 85% compliance with the integrity system came in second place according to the SCPC Report
According to the latest Report on the implementation of the integrity system, conducted by the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption, the Directorate for TIDZ for 2025 was rated at the highest level – “very good”, which positions it in second place (together with the SCPC and the Insurance Supervision Agency), i.e. with 85% compliance with the established standards for the implementation of the integrity system.
The achieved 85% compliance, at the highest level (very good) represents a significant indicator of the consistent application of the principles of transparency, accountability and responsible management in the work of the Directorate. At the same time, this result confirms the effectiveness of the established mechanisms for the prevention of corruption and the promotion of institutional integrity.
Comparatively, the percentage of compliance in 2023 was 39.2% – “average” level, while in 2024 it reached 61.1% – “good” level. With 85% compliance achieved in 2025, the Directorate has recorded a growth of 45.8 percent compared to 2023, i.e. an increase of 23.9 percent compared to 2024.
The progress achieved is the result of numerous activities undertaken during the year, including finalizing, editing and further specifying the internal acts on which the integrity system is based, as well as implementing continuous e-learning activities and successfully completing SCPC training courses.
In the coming period, the Directorate for TIDZ continues with activities aimed at further improving the integrity system, in order to maintain the high level of compliance and achieve even higher results.
