Active support for foreign investors – Director Dimovski part of the 10th anniversary of Markart in Macedonia

Director Goce Dimovski today attended the 10th anniversary of the existence of the German company Markart’s factory in Macedonia. The event was attended by representatives of the Government, the Parliament, the local government, as well as the business community.

Dimovski congratulated the company’s management, emphasizing the importance of such investments for improving the business climate in Macedonia. Although the company is not part of the TIDZ, he emphasized that as an institution, the Directorate is always ready to support foreign investments that bring added value to the overall national economy.

The German company Markart is a global leader in the production of mechatronic systems and electromechanical components for world-renowned companies and major brands. With state-of-the-art mechatronics and sensor technology, the company has 10,000 employees in 22 locations around the world, and in Macedonia it is present in the Dolno Karaslari industrial zone, where it is also the largest employer in the Veles area.

The presence of such events is proof of the new concept of the Directorate for TIDZ, based on full transparency, open communication and continuous support of foreign investors, all with the aim of increasing Macedonia’s competitiveness on the map of foreign direct investments.
