Continuous growth in satisfaction among TIDZ users

Following the conducted user satisfaction survey for 2024, the average satisfaction score of all TIDZ user companies is 4.48 out of a maximum of 5.00. This represents a positive trend and growth compared to 2023, when the average score was 4.42, indicating continuous improvements in the quality of services and support offered by the Directorate for TIDZ.

The survey covered all main aspects important for the functioning of the zones, including satisfaction with the services of the Directorate for TIDZ, as well as the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, the accuracy of the information received and the speed of action upon a submitted request, and an assessment of satisfaction with the manner of communication with employees.

This approach allowed for a detailed picture of the needs and expectations of investors, as well as the identification of key areas for improvement. Additionally, the results served as a basis for creating specific measures to improve services, in order to maintain the positive trend of increasing satisfaction.

The Directorate for TIDZ remains committed to improving services and supporting investors, all with the aim of creating even more attractive and competitive conditions for foreign investors.
