TIDZ STOPS THE AGREEMENT FOR STATE AID FOR E.GO

The Directorate for TIDZ, as the representative of the Government in the Agreement for the allocation of state aid with the company, informs that the execution of the Agreement and any procedure provided for the allocation of public funds is suspended.

The suspension of the granting of state aid follows the receipt of publicly available information about the submitted insolvency application of the “parent” company in FR Germany. The request was submitted to the competent courts in this country. With this, the Directorate for TIDZ, as a representative of the Government, activates the protective mechanisms in the signed contract, which also provide for these circumstances (bankruptcy, liquidation), as a prerequisite for stopping the granting of state aid.

Taking into account the interest of the citizens, we also inform you that, despite the requests submitted by the investor, no funds have been allocated to the company so far.

For all further steps related to this project and further activities regarding the possible realization, the Directorate for TIDZ, as the representative of the Government in this contract, as before, will act fully in the protection of the public interest and will provide information in a timely manner.
