Concept & mission
The Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, manages the Technological-Industrial Development Zones in the Republic of North Macedonia.
The Government of the Republic of North Macedonia has established fourteen Technological-Industrial Development Zones which are in different stages of construction.
In accordance with its concept and mission, the Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones strives for the Republic of North Macedonia to grow into an international business center of Southeast Europe by offering world-class infrastructure, supported by the highest quality services and incomparable benefits in the region and beyond.
100% foreign property, 0% taxes and customs, exemption from utility fees, individualized approach, symbolic price for land lease and direct state assistance in the amount of up to 1,000,000 euros are just one segment of the offered package of benefits that make us stand out as the most competitive investment destination in the region and beyond.
It is the duty of the Directorate for TIDZs to establish a service center in each Technological-Industrial Development Zone, through which the administrative departments of the Directorate for TIDZs and the offices of the Customs Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia provide administrative consultations and services and efficient customs clearance for investors. The Directorate for TIDZ undertakes the development of the Zones as its proud mission where it is managed according to the needs of the investor and in practice strives to raise the quality of services to the highest level, in order to ensure the success of the investor.

Director
Goce Dimovski has a PhD degree, he received his PhD degree on the topic “The role of foreign direct investments on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Macedonia” on the tempus doctoral study program DOCSMES realized jointly by several universities such as Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, Italy, Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, University of Nice, Sophia Antipolis, France, University of Southeast Europe and University of St. Kliment Ohridski from Macedonia and others, at the Faculty of Economics at UKLO.
Namely, at the London School of Business and Finance in London, United Kingdom, Goce Dimovski has successfully completed the Executive Education program, while at the European Certification and Qualification Association in Vienna, Republic of Austria, he has completed the project management program, where he acquired with the title – Certified Project Manager. At the same time, Dimovski has trainings and professional upgrades at various educational institutions such as the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Japan, the Metropolitan School of Business and Management in the United Kingdom and others.
Goce Dimovski has business experience in various institutions and companies such as OSCE-ODIHR, Ministry of Transport and Communications, National Park “Mavrovo”, Council for Public Procurement of Macedonia, Public Traffic Enterprise – Skopje, Pelagonija AD Gostivar, Ministry of Finance – Project for the improvement of municipal services (MSIP and MSIP2) financed by the World Bank, Kolenko DOOEL Skopje representative office of Kolenko GMBH Germany, CRPPR – Project for strategic planning, research, development of studies and creation of a package of projects for the regional development of the Polog region (iCARE ) and Gostivar Municipality Council.
During his business experience, Goce Dimovski has managed various operational, logistical, financial and organizational tasks. He has exceptional knowledge in the field of investments and management, including identification, analysis, assessment, preparation, evaluation, elaboration, tendering, operational and financial monitoring and management of investment projects.
Dimovski also has experience in the implementation of investment projects financed by various international financial institutions such as the World Bank, the European Investment Bank, the Development Bank of the Council of Europe, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the German Development Bank KfW. At the same time, he was hired as a consultant for the preparation of feasibility studies and documents for the assessment of investment projects that were financed by domestic and international financial institutions.
He has published scientific papers in the field of management and investments, and has participated in international scientific conferences in the field of economics and business.
His native language is Macedonian, and he speaks English and Serbian very well. He uses a series of integrated information systems, and is certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Office Specialist.
Goce Dimovski is married and the parent of two children.
